One of our favorite "new" traditions for almost every holiday since the kids were little is creating an occasions bin. The occasions bin idea came from Occasions By Shakira (she is amazing!) and we've incorporated it into every single holiday since!

We're in the season of reusing what we already have (or so I tell myself) so a lot of this is from years past. What's funny is that so much of it or something very similar seems to always come out the next year anyway. Almost all of this is from Target or the Target Dollar Spot. I'll link as much of it as I can!
  1. hyacinth basket ($20) - This isn't the exact basket but it's the closest I could find - just a bit lighter in color! 
  2. heart glass jar ($3) - I have a few vintage candy jars that look exactly like this and this one fits right in. It's heavy and solid and just gorgeous. Truly love this jar and for three dollars? An absolute steal!
  3. plates - I couldn't link the ones I have (they're so old) but I found these two from Target: convo hearts and checkered (same colors as the heart plates; just not heart shaped).
  4. checkered heart shaped tray ($17) - One of my favorite Valentine's Day pieces that you can still find! They also came out with a bow heart tray that is super cute as well. 
  5. cherub with glasses - I have no clue why I'm so obsessed with this thing but I am. Do you guys like him or is he creepy?
  6. heart ramekins ($3) - These same to come back around every year so I have a few in different colors and variations but ouuu, these from this year are SO nice. We use them for everything!
